Mais au fond, \u00e0 quoi sert la musique en magasin ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La musique en magasin gomme les bruits d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une premi\u00e8re r\u00e9alit\u00e9, souvent m\u00e9connue, de la musique en point de vente est qu&rsquo;elle permet de gommer (par effet de masquage) les bruits d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables qu&rsquo;un magasin g\u00e9n\u00e8re. En effet, que \u00e7a soit les bruits de foule, ceux des caddies ou des paniers, des enfants (ou des parents) qui crient ou encore les bips des caisses enregistreuses, un magasin sans musique n&rsquo;est pas un magasin silencieux ! Le r\u00f4le de la musique d&rsquo;ambiance est donc d&rsquo;att\u00e9nuer cela pour proposer une atmosph\u00e8re sonore plus apais\u00e9e et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e des clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;ambiance musicale en magasin est un facteur d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du lieu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La musique d&rsquo;ambiance du magasin va constituer un r\u00e9el facteur d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de la qualit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience en magasin, et donc du lieu. Il pourra m\u00eame donner envie de revenir ! La cl\u00e9 ? Faire que le client fredonne, chantonne, ou tape le rythme, ne serait-ce que d&rsquo;un morceau de la playlist. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e ici est \u00e9videmment de proposer une playlist en parfaite ad\u00e9quation avec ses clients afin de maximiser la dimension \u00e9motionnelle et le caract\u00e8re agr\u00e9able de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La radio instore, support de l&rsquo;ambiance musicale est un m\u00e9dia de proximit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A ce titre, l&rsquo;enseigne peut alors diffuser des messages \u00e0 destination de ses clients. Comme ils sont sur le lieu de vente, ces messages doivent \u00eatre travaill\u00e9s pour \u00eatre pertinent dans ce contexte. Nous conseillons ici d&rsquo;\u00e9quilibrer des communications de type promotionnelles, des messages orient\u00e9s service pour les clients, mais aussi de diffuser des conseils ou des bons plans.
